How to restore an email account from backup on cPanel

  1. Login to your Client Dashboard account
  2. Click on My Services button in the Welcome page
  3. Click on manage service button
  4. Login to cPanel link on the sidebar menu
  5. On the Jet Backup tab and click on Email Backups
  6. The email accounts available for backup will appear by creation date order, and you will have the option to Restore or to Generate Download
