How to submit a cancellation request of your Dashboard account

  1. Login to your Client Dashboard account
  2. Click on My Services button in the Welcome page
  3. Click on manage service button
  4. Click on the Request Cancellation link on the sidebar menu
  5. You can describe the reason for the cancellation, choose the cancellation type and confirm the Request of Cancellation
